Welcome to Emily’s Handmade Soaps! Your decision to carry our soaps and bath products is one that we know you’ll find to be beneficial to your business and delightful to your customers.
Before you place your first order, let’s go over a few terms and conditions.
All of our items are handmade in small batches. While every attempt is made to represent our soaps in the same color scheme and design that you will receive, each bar of soap is one of a kind and may vary slightly from the pictured soap. We embrace the subtle aesthetic differences in each batch as a mark of true artisanship.
Our wholesale pricing is 50% of our retail pricing. There is a $200 minimum initial order, with no minimum for subsequent orders. Initial orders must be prepaid. We accept payment in the form of check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), and PayPal. After your initial order, you may apply for Net 30 terms via the attached application. To place an order, please send your completed order for via email to email@example.com. We will confirm receipt of your order and send an invoice to you via e-mail. If you prefer a paper invoice, please let us know and we’d be happy to accommodate you.
We do not ordinarily supply product samples free of charge, however we do allow the purchase of one sample/display item per scent at 50% of the wholesale price upon request.
All orders are shipped via USPS and sent from Des Moines, WA (zip code 98198). Shipping costs are estimated at the time of billing and will be included on the invoice.
Due to the nature of cold process soap, lead time can take up to 6-10 weeks before shipping (often sooner). We are happy to provide a shipping estimate at the time of order upon request. If you have a rush order, please let us know and we will do everything we can to get your order out as soon as possible.
Your happiness is very important to us! We’ll gladly accept returns due to our error. If you choose to return goods in saleable condition, we will credit your account less a 20% restocking fee. Emily’s Handmade Soaps must verbally authorize all returns.
We are extremely careful to package our products so that they arrive in great shape for your customers. If your order is damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days of receipt of goods.
There is a $40 charge on any check returned to us by your bank.
Although we strive to maintain consistent pricing, our prices are subject to change without notice.
